For many, the idea of having a stranger monitor the time they sepnd with their children seems more than bizarre especially when they have spent years parenting.

Our supervised visitation program goes well beyond ensuring that parents and children have a positive experience. In fact, our involvement in high risk cases pertaining to domestic abuse amd/or substance abuse is really quite minimal. For the most part, we work with ordinary moms and dads who have become estranged from their children.Often times, factors related to parental alienation have played a role in the estrangment. Others times, it may involve geographic distancing or physical or mental illness. Regardless of how the estrangement developed, our role is to help parents and child reconnect!!

Over the years, we have developed and redeveloped our programming to the high standards that set us apart from other supervised access agencies.

Now, 5 1/2 years later, we are pleased to boast that all of the parents who have utilized our services have reconnected with their children in a positive way. Our reunited parents and children are now delighted to have the relationship that once existed rekindled in a very positive way. We have suceeded when other forms of intervention have failed. Without exceptionl, every parent who was denied access prior to our involvement, now has access.

Our success is now recognized by many local judges and we receive referrals directly from them. Our clients are primarily local but we also are retained by parents throughout Canada and now the U.S.A.

Below are the details of the services available, their fee structure and hours of operation.

Services & Fees:

• Supervised Visitation (uncomplicated) - This service is for parents who require that there visits be supervised. An access supervisor will be in the visiting room at all times but will not be involved in directing the visit unless problems arise or if he/she finds it necessary to ensure that visitation guidelines are being followed. Visitations will only take place within the building and are restricted to two (2) hours in length.
